Surrogacy Process

1

Application & Screening (20 minutes)

Complete an application to become a surrogate. This includes basic information about your health, lifestyle, and previous pregnancies.

2

Initial Consultation (24-48 hours)

If you meet the qualifications, we will reach out to arrange a video consultation. During this conversation, we’ll get to know you better and discuss how we can best assist you in finding the perfect match. We’ll review details from your application and address any questions or concerns you may have. Our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and confident as you move forward in your surrogacy journey.

3

Pre-screening (2-4 weeks)

Medical records review: We will carefully review your OB/GYN and delivery records to ensure you meet the health requirements and are not at risk for any potential complications during the surrogacy process.
Background Check: A background check will be conducted to ensure there are no serious criminal charges or felonies in your history. Rest assured, we’re only concerned with major offenses—not minor issues like parking tickets.
Insurance Review: If you have your own insurance, we will help verify if it covers surrogacy. If it does, you’ll receive an additional bonus! If you don’t have insurance, don’t worry—our program will arrange comprehensive coverage for you.
Sign Documents: You will review and sign our agency agreement and compensation package, formalizing the process and setting the foundation for the journey ahead.

4

Matching with IPs & IVF Clinic Review (2-4 weeks)

After successfully completing the pre-screening, we’ll match you with intended parents based on shared values and compatibility. Once matched, we’ll sned your medical records to Intended Parent’s IVF clinic for review.

5

Medical Clearance(2-3 weeks)

You’ll be scheduled for a medical screening at the intended parents’ IVF clinic. We’re here to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our team will support you throughout, handling all coordination and ensuring you feel comfortable every step of the way.

6

Legal Clearance (2-4 weeks)

Together with your intended parents, you'll review and sign a legal agreement to safeguard your financial interests. We'll assist you in finding a trusted attorney who will represent you throughout the process.

7

Embryo Transfer (5-8 weeks)

After receiving legal clearance, the IVF clinic of your intended parents will begin preparing for the transfer process. You’ll start medications and attend monitoring appointments to ensure everything is on track for the embryo transfer. Once your body is fully prepared, the IVF clinic will schedule the date for your embryo transfer.

8

Pregnancy (40 weeks)

Two weeks after your embryo transfer, you'll take a pregnancy test to confirm the results. Then, 6-10 weeks later, you'll have your first ultrasound to check for a heartbeat and receive a referral to your OB. You can expect to deliver around 40 weeks with a full-term pregnancy.
