A Clear Path to Parenthood, Every Step of the Way.

Surrogacy Process

1

Consultation & Matching

Intended parents connect with us to discuss their needs. We carefully match them with a loving and qualified surrogate.

2

Screening & Legal Agreements

The surrogate undergoes medical and psychological screenings. Once cleared, legal contracts are finalized to protect all parties.

3

Medical Preparation & Embryo Transfer

● Baseline Appointment & Medication StartThe surrogate attends a baseline appointment at the IVF clinic.Bloodwork and an ultrasound confirm her body is ready to start medications. She begins taking hormone medications (e.g., estrogen and progesterone) to prepare for the embryo transfer.
● Weekly Monitoring AppointmentsThe surrogate has weekly checkups at the IVF clinic or an outside monitoring center. These appointments track hormone levels and uterine lining thickness.Once the doctor confirms optimal conditions, the embryo transfer is scheduled.
● Embryo Transfer & Bed RestThe embryo is transferred to the surrogate’s uterus at the IVF clinic. The clinic typically requires 2-3 days of bed rest after transfer. The surrogate continues taking medications to support implantation.
● Pregnancy Test & Continued MonitoringAbout 10-14 days after the transfer, a blood test confirms pregnancy. If positive, weekly monitoring continues until the fertility clinic releases the surrogate to an OB/GYN (usually around 10-12 weeks).

4

Pregnancy, Care & Pre-Birth Order

Throughout the pregnancy, the surrogate attends routine medical checkups to ensure a healthy journey. Intended parents receive regular updates and may attend key medical appointments, depending on location and preference.
A pre-birth order (PBO) is typically filed during the second or third trimester, ensuring that the intended parents’ names will be on the baby’s birth certificate from the start.Surrogates and intended parents discuss birth preferences in advance to create a smooth and supportive delivery experience.

5

Birth & Parentage Finalization

Once the baby is born, the hospital follows the legal arrangements set by the pre-birth order. The intended parents take immediate custody of their newborn, and the surrogate receives post-birth medical care and support. The legal process is finalized (if necessary), and the family begins their new chapter together.
